And we just had to try some! At a private cheesery we could get a quick view at the sleeping cheeses, so cute!!! Two months they rest and grow before the young cheeses get butchered and finally tickle our tastebuds! A true pleasure to behold of! &lt;\/p&gt;\n&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;\nEine Spezialit\u00e4t der Region ist der Bovec-Cheese aus Schafsmilch, der zum Abschluss nicht fehlen durfte! In einer kleinen privaten K\u00e4serei d\u00fcrfen wir einen Blick in die K\u00e4sekammer auf die schlafenden K\u00e4se werfen!
