We had a very intense day yesterday. Getting up very early because some important things need to be done. In the end we attached the old new name, some minutes later the tractor came and took Lizzy to the huge crane. It is amazing, when a heavy boat seems to fly hanging on just two thin belts! The old girl weighed in at 7.2 tons! Lizzy was put into the water and we were very curious wether the newly installed sea valves were tight. Mark went inside to check the valves if they were watertight. However we had some water in the bilge, yikes! But after some closer inspection it was just freshwater from our tanks. We had also changed those hoses and one of the hoseclamps wasn’t tightend. Was a fright. But after a little while Mark came back out with a smile: Everything is thight! She swims once again!
