Hejsan Sverige, we made it to Sweden! We sailed to Landskrona and choosed the small, but beautiful harbour directly beneath the water tower, that might have been an UFO in former life times. Now in the early september the holiday season is actually over and we can <\/span>mostly<\/span> choose all the free berths for our boat, sometimes we even are the only boat in port with a crew on board. Fortunately, there are finally normal prices in Sweden after our expensive stay in Denmark. We are now sailing the coast northwards via Alabordana to Helsingborg and will gladly take you along our trip. \"\" <\/span><\/span><\/span>Hejsan Sverige! Angekommen in Schweden! Und zwar in Landskrona im kleinen Vereins-Seglerhafen direkt unter dem Wasserturm, der im fr\u00fcheren Leben bestimmt mal ein UFO war. Hier in Schweden ist die Sommerurlaubssaison Anfang September tats\u00e4chlich vorbei und wir k\u00f6nnen die Liegepl\u00e4tze meist frei w\u00e4hlen. Manchmal sind wir sogar das einzige Boot im Hafen mit Crew an Bord. Gl\u00fccklicherweise gibt es nach dem teuren D\u00e4nemark auch endlich wieder normale Preise in Schweden. Wir segeln nun die K\u00fcste nordw\u00e4rts \u00fcber Alabordana nach Helsingborg und nehmen euch gern wieder ein St\u00fcck mit auf unserer Reise.<\/p>\n

The aliens have landed! We are the first in the row of guest boats just under the crazy looking water tower of Landskrona. Lizzy ist das erste Boot im Hafenbecken, direkt unter dem verr\u00fcckten Wasserturm von Landskrona. <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>
\"It's <\/a>
It’s beaming us up! Just hope it’s an ocean planet \ud83d\ude09 Des Nachts wird er sogar beleuchtet. So stellen wir uns eine UFO-Landung vor! <\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

We also visit the old water tower. Meanwhile converted to living space. I wonder where Rapunzel lives. What a great view one must have. Wir besuchen auch den alten Wasserturm. Er ist mittlerweile bewohnt!! Von Rapunzel? Diese Wohnungen haben sicher einen tollen Ausblick! <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

Just a cornerstone from the marina lies the citadel. However to get to the center of it we had to pass a maze of moats. The last one to be inhabited by jellyfish! Far better then crocs if you ask me. Ganz in der N\u00e4he des Hafens liegt die Zitadelle von Landskrona. <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

This is one of the largest in the whole of Scandinavia! Used to be used as a woman’s prison once. Diese sehr gut erhaltene Befestigungsanlage ist eine der gr\u00f6\u00dften in ganz Skandinavien. <\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

The many moats are a wonderful place to stroll along on this sunny day. Rings um die innere Burg sind zahlreiche Wassergr\u00e4ben angelegt, welche an diesem sonnigen Tag zu einem herrlichen Spaziergang einladen. <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

With lots of fruit trees and bushes just waiting to be ambushed by hungry wanderers. Wir finden B\u00e4ume und Str\u00e4ucher voll mit reifem Obst, welches geerntet werden will \ud83d\ude42 <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

But at the citadel there’s also the cafee “Why not” so we decide why not to have some tasty swedish cinnamon buns and Chokladkaka! Yumm! In der Zitadelle gibt es das Cafe “Why not?” Endlich schwedische Zimtschnecken und Chokladkaka!! Jummie \ud83d\ude42 <\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

The Sweds definitly know how to relax… Wir finden dann noch eine H\u00e4ngematte f\u00fcr zwei, leider hinter einer Hecke… <\/div> <\/div>

We decide to stay a bit and Mark tries his luck in splicing our new halyards. First time worked! Wir finden auch wieder etwas Zeit f\u00fcr unsere Lizzy. Sie erh\u00e4lt neue Falle und Mark \u00fcbt sich im Splei\u00dfen der Seile. Es klappt prima! <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>
\"Sweden <\/a>
Sweden is also known for its Kn\u00e4ckebrot. This one is with cinnamon and without sugar. Very delicious and the perfect storeaway food on board. Schweden ist ja unter anderem bekannt f\u00fcr sein Kn\u00e4cke. Dieses hier m\u00fcssen wir probieren. Kn\u00e4cke mit Zimt und doch ohne Zucker. Gute Bordverpflegung und lecker! <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

After a few relaxing days and some laundry (finally) we head further north to \u00c5labodarna. There’s supposed to be a sauna at the harbor! But it was closed until October… Nach ein paar gem\u00fctlichen Tagen und endlich mal wieder W\u00e4schewaschen segeln wir nordw\u00e4rts und w\u00e4hlen \u00c5labodarna, weil es im Hafen eine Sauna gibt. Diese hat aber leider erst ab Oktober ge\u00f6ffnet… <\/div> <\/div>

A quick dip in the Baltic is still ok, although it’s slowly getting colder. Ein Ostseebad geht trotzdem, wobei das Wasser schon etwas frischer wird \ud83d\ude42 <\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

Back at the boat a squiggly school of Sand-eels greets us. It seems they have found a new home under our boat. Im Hafen sehen wir, wie ein gro\u00dfer Schwarm Sandaale unser Boot umzingelt. Eine ganze Weile schwimmen sie um die LIZZY herum. <\/div> <\/div>

After all this loneliness in small towns we want the city life and head to Helsingborg! However the mooring jetty is soo squeeky, that we decide to give it a good oiling first. Finally peace and quiet! Dann wollen wir es wieder etwas st\u00e4dtscher und es geht nach Helsingborg! Wir legen an uns \u00f6len erstmal den quietschigen Schwimmsteg, auch zur Freude der Bootsnachbarn \ud83d\ude42 <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

We are almost alone up there and get a few great photo opportunities. Wir sind fast allein da oben und haben Gelegenheit f\u00fcr sch\u00f6ne Photomotive. <\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

“I don’t want to talk to you no more, you empty-headed animal food trough wiper! I fart in your general direction! Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries!” Der K\u00e4rnan ist der ehemalige Wachturm der Burganlage. Leider hat er schon geschlossen. <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

The castle offers great view across the \u00d8resund with plenty of great ships passing through. On the other side lies Helsing\u00f8r in Denmark. Aber die Burganlage hoch \u00fcber der Stadt bietet dennoch einen fantastischen Ausblick. Direkt gegen\u00fcber in Sichtweite liegt Helsing\u00f8r, D\u00e4nemark. Und dazwischen jede Menge Schiffsverkehr im \u00d8resund. <\/div> <\/div>

Lots of lover’s locks are locked on the various sculptures. We find the biking couple the best \ud83d\ude09 Am Hafen dann noch dieser Schnappschuss! Das Paar mit dem fetten Fahrradschloss ist uns unbekannterweise sofort sympathisch \ud83d\ude00 <\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

Since our oven on board isn’t working we proptly decide towards a pizza. Little did we know it was the best in town! Da wir keinen (funktionierenden) Backofen an Bord haben zieht es uns wie von Zauberhand irgendwie immer mal wieder in eine Pizzeria hinein \ud83d\ude42 <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

Long walks into the surrounding area reveal many parks, palaces and large farmhouses with royal forests in between. Wir unternehmen eine lange Wanderung ins Umland von Helsingborg mit vielen kleinen Schl\u00f6ssern und H\u00f6fen und G\u00e4rten und k\u00f6niglichen W\u00e4ldern. <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

Back just in time for a free Jazz concert at the St. Marien church and the evening’s sunset.
